Kiwi (with skin) 2
1⁄2 Cucumber (with skin)
1 bunch of Parsley
1 tbsp Ground Cashews
1 tbsp Low fat Yoghurt
250ml Coconut Water
125ml Water
Chop the cucumber and kiwi fruit, tear up the parsley, then blend with the remaining ingredients.
Makes 3 servings.
