Bike Boost

300g Frozen Berries  
2 Apples/Pears 
1⁄2 Mango  
2 Banana 
1 strip Citrus Peel  
250ml Milk(of choice) 
2 tbsp’s Peanut Butter  
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seed  
1 tbsp Flaxseed 
150ml Water 

Blend the frozen berries, seeds and citrus peel in the water until melted/fragmented. Chop the fruit and add to the mixture along- side the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Ideal for serious riders pushing their limits over multiple days.

Makes 6 servings.
