Endurance Energizer

1 tbsp Cocoa Powder  
6-8 Cherries 
1 Banana 
1 heaped tbsp Chia Seeds  
200g Greek Yoghurt 
250ml  Almond Milk
250ml Caffeinated Tea 

Grind or crush chia seeds and hull the cherries before blending alongside remaining ingredients. Take between long bouts of tough cardiovascular exercise such as swimming, long-distance running or mountaineering.

Makes 3 servings.
