1 Pear 
1⁄2 Carrot   
1 tbsp Peanut Butter  
1 tbsp Fruit Jam  
1 tbsp Coffee Granules  
1 tbsp Honey 
250ml Water 

Slice the fruit and carrot, then blend. Next, add the remaining ingredients and blend briefly to mix.
